1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version is always available on the website.

2. Products

The products sold on ro-outdoorsport.com are presented with images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur compared to the final product, depending on the configuration selected by the client or technical improvements made by the manufacturer.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed online through the form provided on the website. An order is considered valid only after it has been confirmed by us via email or phone.
The customer will receive an automatic email confirmation, which is not a final acceptance but only an acknowledgment of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse unjustified or suspicious orders.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are expressed in RON (Romanian Leu) or EUR (Euro) and include VAT where applicable.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Card payment through a secure processor

  • Bank transfer (prepayment)

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, but not after an order has been confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made via express courier, both in Romania and other European countries. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary based on location and product weight.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to Romanian law (OUG no. 34/2014 based on EU Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without stating a reason.

The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered: unused, with all accessories and in the original packaging as far as possible. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for customized products or those made according to the client’s specifications (art. 16, c, OUG 34/2014).

7. Warranty

Products sold benefit from a legal 2-year conformity warranty, in accordance with Romanian and European legislation (OUG 140/2021), applicable to individual consumers.

  • Consumables (e.g., electronic components, accessories): 12-month warranty

  • Rechargeable batteries and accumulators: 6-month warranty

Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • deep discharge

  • overload

  • incorrect use

  • unsuitable chargers

  • unauthorized interventions

📌 In the case of non-conformity, the consumer has the right, at no cost, to request:

  • product repair

  • replacement

  • or a proportional price reduction, if repair or replacement is not possible

8. Limitation of Liability

Outdoor Sport Roinvest S.R.L. is not responsible for:

  • typographical errors or incorrect display of information

  • misuse of products

  • delays caused by courier services or third-party providers

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

The personal data collected is used solely for:

  • order processing

  • delivery

  • communication with the customer

Data is protected in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

10. Disputes and Alternative Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and if not possible, by the competent Romanian courts.
